ci/woodpecker/push/build Pipeline was successful
Remove hard requirement on PG database (likedream-pg container). PG is now only initialized when dsn2 is configured; skip gracefully when empty. Add nil-safety checks on GlobalGorm references in balance migration logic. Remove dsn2 from default config.
