v1.2.70：网课页新增「我有网课，点击这里」贴边按钮（跳转工单）

模仿打卡页「收藏本站」与请假页「无法请/销假？提交工单」的右侧贴边窄竖条样式，
在网课页加入「我有网课，点击这里」按钮，点击跳转 /ticket 工单页。

- CourseView.vue：新增按钮（fixed right-0 bottom-32, bg-rose-500/95）与 goTicket()；
- 复用同款竖排文字样式 .bookmark-vtext（writing-mode: vertical-rl）。
